We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships (usually within 1-3 business days of ordering). Here's how to follow your package:
Option 1: Your shipping confirmation email
Open the "Your order is on the way" email from Kyrlune and tap Track your order. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
Option 2: Your Kyrlune account
Log in to your account to see your order status and tracking link.
Option 3: Universal tracking
Copy your tracking number and paste it into 17TRACK or Parcels, which follow your package across every carrier.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 2-5 days to show updates after you get your tracking number.
- Canada & USA delivery takes 7-15 business days; international orders take 10-15 business days.
- Multi-item orders sometimes arrive in separate packages.
