How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long will delivery take?
Canada & USA: 7-15 business days. International (EU, Australia & worldwide): 10-15 business days. Times are estimates and can vary with customs or carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $99+ ship free. The bar at the top of the cart shows how close you are.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Pieces are sometimes shipped from different locations to get them to you faster, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are charged by your local customs or carrier on delivery and aren't included in your order total. The amount depends on your country's rules.

Jewelry & Care

What is your jewelry made of?
Most Kyrlune pieces are 18K or 14K gold plated stainless steel or titanium steel. Each product page lists the material.

Will it tarnish? Is it waterproof?
Our stainless steel pieces are made to resist tarnish for everyday wear. To keep the shine longer, take them off before swimming, showering or working out, avoid perfume and lotion directly on the piece, and store them dry.

Is it good for sensitive ears or skin?
Stainless steel and titanium steel are a great choice for most sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material on the product page first.

What size ring should I get?
Most of our rings are adjustable. For sized rings, see our Size Guide.

What is your return policy?
