Method 1: Measure a ring you already own
Grab a ring that fits the intended finger well. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters with a ruler, then match it to the closest size below.

Method 2: The string or paper strip method
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the end overlaps, then measure that length in millimeters — that's your finger's circumference.

Keep in mind: fingers are slightly larger when warm (afternoon/evening) and smaller when cold. Your dominant hand's fingers usually run half a size larger. Wider bands fit more snugly, so if this style has a wide band, consider sizing up half a size.

The ring looks nice, but as an anti-stress tool it doesn't work; on the contrary, it adds stress as it spins loudly and irritates with friction. It's a pity that you can't add a video of it making noise. Money down the drain. I don't recommend it! Better to get another ring (see last photo).

At first it doesn’t spin that wel and it’s very hard to spin, it doesn’t feel right.. but the more you play with it the looser it gets and it gets addicting to play with! 😅 I used some oil to speed up so it could come loose faster.

It doesn't look bad, but... 1) I ordered 3 rings, and although they are all different sizes, they are all the same size, and most importantly, all three are huge. I measured them according to the chart provided by the seller. I saw in the reviews that people wrote that the sizes were incorrect, but I thought they were mistaken, but it turns out they weren't. I also don't like that the cuts are visible on the rings; couldn't they have been sealed?
